Pastor JB Whitfield

Pastor J.B. and Susan Whitfield answered the call to start Agape Faith Church (AFC) in Clemmons, NC on March 7, 1982. Through the years of ministry, God has truly blessed AFC and its vision to be a church "overflowing with love, strengthening the family, bettering the community, and affecting the world, where every member is a minister." Pastor Whitfield is a man who ministers the uncompromising Word of God with boldness and enthusiasm. His love for people and God is evident in each dynamic message he preaches. Knowing where he was before Jesus came into his life, Pastor Whitfield ministers with joy, authority and experience on how the Word of God will change your life forever! Today AFC is a diverse, growing and vibrant congregation of believers endeavoring to serve God and serve others in the Clemmons area.

Pastor Whitfield is the Founder of International Covenant Connections Fellowship (ICCF), a ministerial organization which focuses on leadership training for the five-fold public ministry as well as business leaders and entrepreneurs.  He is the President and Founder of Impact University, a teaching and practical training Bible College headquartered in Clemmons, NC offering numerous degrees including pastoral, counseling and theology.  He is the Founder of the Dream Center of Forsyth County which includes a substantial food pantry, clothing boutique and other assistance for those in need.  He is the North Carolina State Director for Christians United for Israel, a pro-Israel organization with over 2 million members. Pastor Whitfield serves as a Board Member for numerous ministries and churches throughout the United States, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.

Pastor Jim Frease

Pastor Jim Frease is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Joy Church, as well as Founder and President of World Changers Bible Institute (WCBI) in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

Under the mandate of God, Pastor Jim and his wife Anne founded Joy Church in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. They pioneered the church in October of 2003 with just 18 people without knowing even one person in the area. Joy Church has since become one of the fastest growing churches in the region with over 2200 in active membership. Hundreds are giving their lives to Jesus and even more lives and families are being transformed with joy!

Pastor Jim and Anne also founded World Changers Bible Institute (WCBI) in 1992, a Bible school for future leaders of all ages. WCBI is a bible school where dreams meet direction! Pastor Jim and Anne also have headed up “Joy To The World”, a short-term summer missions program in other countries. This ministry has emphasized evangelistic and discipleship opportunities for WCBI students as they have the opportunity to put classroom concepts into practical application (James 1:25). Countless lives have been affected for eternity via this powerful missions outreach (Matt. 24:14)!

Pastor Jim emphasizes a relationship with Jesus Christ, not religion; the Word of God, and not tradition; and he emphasizes enjoying your life, not enduring it. Pastor Jim always puts an emphasis on not just what you need to do, but how you need to do it. He is a very encouraging teacher who always leaves a light at the end of the tunnel…and it’s not an oncoming train!

Guests are always welcome to attend events to learn from Pastor Whitfield prior to inviting him for a conference or consulting meeting. Many upcoming events include leadership conferences but he is also often a guest speaker at other local churches and events.
